Wanted a tummy tuck for a long time but with a growing family, relationships, buying houses, holidays blah blah blah, there was always some reason not too. It all came to a head whilst on my last holiday, I found myself miserable having to wear a full costume to hide my gut and stretch marks. My mind wondered I thought kids are up we are financially in a good position, YOU KNOW what I'm gonna do it. When home I did some research, my niece mentioned she had been recommended Adam Kalecinski in Wroclaw by a doctor friend here in the uk. Looked into it further it seems he practiced here in the uk and had great reviews. I got in touch and sent him photographs initially for a mommy makeover. Adam was not happy to do this and said he would want to do the breast lift separately. So I am booked for the 7th Sept for the tummy tuck and lipo. I am currently 127lb, exercising 5 days a week and eating clean. Want to be in the best shape I can be before surgery. 10 weeks to go ver excited hope to keep you posted,"love this site".

Flights booked with Wizzair out of Doncaster, arrive in Wroclaw 00:55 on the 6th Sept where I will be picked up by taxi and taken to Solny Square Apartments. Traveling with my Mam and sister so will be well looked after.
Fitness going well, so far have not lost anything on the scales but am certainly toning up, unfortunately from top down. My top half is deffo slimmer, boobs smaller but not a lot happening around the belly area.

Good luck and keep us posted. I am three weeks post op and still have quite a ways to go, but have not regretted the procedure at all.

I have been informed my surgeon will not be available on the day of my surgery and offered one of his partners. What to do, I looked at an alternative date which meant changing annual leave at work, apartment and flights. Put me on a bit of a downer, however, have further researched Dr Marta Wilczynska one of Adams partners and am satisfied I am in capable hands. Surgery dates remain the same.
I am still exercising, have lost a few pound and feel extremely fit and well. Counting down have just over 6 weeks before travelling to Poland. Changed my apartment to Pixel White Apartment which is across the road from surgery.
