Lots of Damage from CO2 Laser Treatment

The treatment was typical at first. Swollen face with scabs that peeled off in a week to reveal a pink smooth skin. Then the swelling went down and there was obvious volume loss on existing scars.
Over the next few months my skin developed a much bumpier texture than before. Also noticing that there was some hair loss along my beard line.
Lastly I started noticing fat volume loss in treated areas about 6 months later.
The provider, Dr Wu at CLDERM, did not acknowledge any changes out of the ordinary for the procedure. The only thing that is used to observe changes is very brightly lit photos at 5ft which show very little on how the skin has changed.
I highly regret getting a CO2 laser procedure, especially at CLDERM. When mistakes were made and things went wrong there was no acknowledgement by Dr Wu. CLDERM will simply take more brightly lit photos which show very little detail to compare.
