So disappointed - bumpy lip fillers, no solution

I went to Dr. Kraft for a chin/neck lipo, which went well enough (though his bedside manner is pretty rough) and decided to try lip fillers after I healed. Immediately after injecting them I told him my lip looked lopsided, and he said that was "just the way it was" before the injection, when we had filler left and could have fixed it (it was also not lopsided before injection). He said things would settle so I left, and after initial swelling it looked and felt like there were hard balls in my lips where he had injected. No amount of massaging or waiting would spread the balls into a full lip filler and make it better, so after a few weeks I emailed him, and his solution was just to wait until the lip fillers fully dissolved in a few months - no fix, just wait for the bad job he did to go away. I was so disappointed because I really love the office staff here and have been in and out with this office so many times, but I will never go back to Dr. Kraft for anything, not even the remaining filler they have in storage for me. He just does not care about your experience and tells you that you are the one in the wrong when he's done poor job.
