Breast Reduction with Dr. Schwarz

My Consultation with Dr. Schwarz

I am a 24 year old with E cups looking to go to a small D or big C cup. I have had back pain since high school and it's only getting worse. I also recently lost 50lbs and now my 24 year old breasts look like 84 year old breasts even tho I didn't even go down a single cup size with my weight loss!!!!!
I went from Victoria's Secret 40 DDD (E cup) to a 34 DDD!!!! So even with my weight loss and physical therapy nothing has helped my back pain OR my self esteem which is pretty low to be honest. I just want to feel healthy and happy and comfortable in my own skin.
Dr. Schwarz was recommended to me by my boss. She said traveling to Montreal from The U.S. (northern New England area) for her breast reduction was convenient and super affordable! This interested me because it is VERY difficult to get health insurance coverage for a breast reduction in the U.S., it can be a very lengthy process.
She had her surgery done by Dr. Schwarz about 10 years ago and she said it was the best decision she ever made! She loves her breasts and said they are so perfect they look fake!
I had been thinking about getting a breast reduction for a very long time. I did research on all kinds of surgical techniques and watched many vlogs and read many reviews from woman who had gotten a reduction. I felt ready to take the next step, especially after losing 50lbs last year so I scheduled a consultation with the doctor my boss had so highly recommended.
I traveled to Montreal with my two best friends to go to the consultation and we made a day of it! I was very impressed with the doctors professionalism, I felt very comfortable talking to him. He answered all of my questions and gave me some additional information about what to expect and it was very helpful. He knew exactly what I needed done and the best way to do it. I trust is professional opinion 100%!
Also the customer service and reception a his clinic was fantastic! The staff is top notch and made me feel right at home!
I have scheduled my surgery day for November 6th, 2017. A little more than two months from now and I am soooooooo excited!

Surgery date coming up! ????

So my surgery is officially 11 days away!!! The excitement I have been feeling for the last month or so has simmered down and now the fear and anticipation is kicking in.
I’m really starting to worry about waking up after surgery and being in pain or tearing my stitches open during my recovery. The only surgery I have ever had was my wisdom teeth removal surgery. That was also the only time I have ever been under anesthesia and I was 18 at the time. I’m so scared!
Super scared of waking up to uneven nipples and deformed boobs! I hate them already and can’t imagine them getting any worse!ould really use some words of encouragement right now! Anything helps!

Aw, try not to be scared, I had my reduction 3 months ago and have had a fantastic experience. Anaesthetic is very safe and effective nowadays, you won't know anything about it and will wake up with super perky boobs! Just keep thinking of the end goal, you'll be fine. If you take it easy afterwards and don't over stretch, etc, your incisions will be fine. Good luck !

Yours is scheduled 3 days before mine. I have been super anxious/scared. But, it gives me a lot of comfort knowing that everyone I know who have had it done and so many on here say the pain is tolerable and they don't even need the pain meds after the 2nd day.Trying to just think about the end result and how much better it will be with that extra weight off my chest. I am imagining cute little shirts and bras. You will be fine!! Will definitely be looking forward to your post op comments!!

Thank you! I do the same, just gotta keep reminding myself of the shopping spree I get to go on and finally wear shirts I cold never wear before!

I'm right there with you girls! Mine is Nov 7!! Anxiety is so high but I am also focused on the payoffs. We got this!! Are you having moments of “this is the last run with these boobs...the last [RS bleep] with these boobs moments?” I am. But then I got a rash again as if reinforcing this as a positive. I'd like to say this is the last boob rash! Good luck nevergiveup802! I think you're first up next Monday, then me, then wanna be c. :)

So excited for all of you November ladies! And you will be fine! I am 51 had never had surgery or a general anesthesia in my whole life! It is so high tech these days, not like the old days, the risks are very low actually if you're generally healthy. And it will be worth a little bit of pain (yes there is some, but it gets better quickly) once you see the results!!

Yes, good luck ladies!! I'm having differend dreams, last nigh I had a dream that I got to the hospital and didn't have my prescriptions with me so I drove back home (2 hours away) and left my husband there. Then I was in a room full of all the ladies waiting for surgery...bazaar!! I am just trying to push all fear away and stay super excited for the end results. The cute little tops and shopping sprees like you said. I seem to be more aware of my boobs now but when I think of them I start feeling how tight my bra band is under my arms and how dang heavy they are. The other day I went to buy some new walking/jogging shoes and the owner of the store asked me to jog in them down the hall to check the comfort. And there I was having to hold my boobs while I jogged away from him down the hall...I walked back lol. I'm ready!! Keep us posted

Omg I hate Running! My friends is high school used to laugh at me when I ran because I was either holding my boobs or they were nearly hitting me in the face as I ran! Lol! I haven’t had any surgery related dreams yet!

Before Photos...

My before photos.
Lots of sagging due to 50lbs of weight loss.
I am 5’’2 and 155 lbs today. Bra size before weight loss was 40F cup I am now a 34DDD. Back pain and posture issues haven’t been solved with the weight loss or physical therapy. Really hoping this surgery will help my back and improve my ability to exercise! Not to mention my self esteem! No one wants to be 25 with 85 year old boobs!
