Hello All
I am 40 and after 2 kids, it is more than time to take care of me.
Before breastfeeding, I loved my boobs. I was a full 34C or D and i didnt need to wear bras.
Now I am a 34B but my breast has dropped so much. I cannot wear a bra without my nipples showing, I cannot not wear a bra. I really hate the shape.
I want to be a 34 DD. I want volume and perkiness lol
I met a surgeon last week. He said I need a lift and implant for sure even if I still have lots of breast tissue inside. He recommended a 350CC but I am afraid it is not enough. I tried the implants on in a bralette but it is hard for me to visualize the results.
How can I be sure to choose the right size?
Thanks to this site, I was able to see lots of before and after, and for my frame, I think 400cc is the minimum.
Any advices will be appreciated.

Hi, it’s hard to judge with no pics and obviously everybody has a different body shape but it sounds to me like you’d be happy to err on the side of bigger. If you look at my profile, you can see what I got and I’m smaller than you- I suspect you could go just under 500cc as well. Have you made a decision yet?

I met two other surgeons. The one I selected told me he would try on different sizes on me when we do the procedure, and sit me up so he can choose the size that will suit me best (wish pics).
So far, I think it would be 500cc extra high.
I have my procedure July 15th. I can't wait.

I met Dr. Ladak on April 2019. I showed him a few pics of my wish boobs. After trying a few sizes, I couldn't decide which one was the best, so he told me he would tried them on on my during surgery, sit me up and see which one gives me the resulst i want (best on my picture).
Since then, I decided to go with 500cc High profile. I want my boobs to be round, to fill my spouse's hands lol.
I have 25 days to wait. It is long.
I already bought the bras for after the surgery, and a band to maintain them in place. I bought Bio Oil to prep the skin before surgery and help avoid stretch marks.
Any advices for the prep or post surgery?

It is official. In 12 days I will have my new boobs.
