I am very happy with my results! A little about me, I'm 5'3, 120 pounds and wore a 34A/32B. I went with 280cc under the muscle, medium profile. I wanted to go bigger, but it is all I could take and I'm very happy. I had surgery on the 13TH and it's been about 21 days. The swelling has gone down and I think I am dropping. I recently got measured at Victoria secret and I was told that I am a 32DD. I know that they will continue to change, but I was just too excited. My whole experience has been great, Leslie was the lady that gave me all the information I needed and I felt very comfortable with them doing my surgery. Dr.Grenley answered all of my questions and gave me exactly what I had asked for , he is a perfectionist. The nurses were also very kind to me before and after surgery, I just can't thank them enough for putting me at ease and helping me through this process. I will be posting pictures of my before and current!

It's been almost a month and I thought I'd share how I'm feeling. Every morning my boobs are pretty sore, but it goes away once I'm awake and moving. I got measured again and bought a bra to wear after I see my doctor for my one month post op. I am a 32D and I'm still very happy, I did not have that much boobs before so what I have now is perfect.

I'm loving my new boobies, in about a week I can throw out the surgical bra and bando! I'm still a 32D and I'm beyond happy, I can't wait to wear strapless dresses and summer clothes. I went up about 3 cup
Sizes just with 280cc, I cannot imagine what it would be if I had went with a higher number.

Congratulations! I think you chose a very nice size implant for your body frame. Glad to hear your swelling has subsided and that you're noticing the dropping and fluffing.
