Saline to Silicone Revision

We’ll see in 3 days! I have 19 year old saline, teardrop, textured, over the muscle 300 cc implants (that were only filled to 275 cc). I like how they look, I just want something bigger and softer. Dr. Krueger suggested the Naturelle Inspira cohesive gel (gummy), round, over the muscle (due to possible animation deformities). We did not talk about CCs, as he stated he will order a few sizes with different widths and profiles and see which is best when I’m on the table. Because this is a trade out, I’m hoping surgery and recovery should be easier than the initial surgery. I won’t have to be back to work for 5 days. I have slight rippling when leaning forward currently and if things stay the same or improve I’ll be happy. I’ve purchased the front zip bras, am having my house cleaned (so I’m not trying to clean instead of rest), pre-make some meals, etc. Still need to get a front button shirt and get scrips filled.
