Forever My Favourite Surgeon
Firstly, I would like to say that when I say he’s my favourite surgeon, it’s not because I’ve only had him and I’m saying that. In the past I’ve had my nose done (different surgeon) and then a revision (different surgeon), and then my breasts done (different surgeon). I came across Dr. Salama when I did my BBL and that is when I discovered the great surgeon that he is and my absolute favourite.
I had my BBL done in the past twice with him, mainly to add more fat and some hips in the second round. My experience has always been super positive with him, his anesthesiologist, and coordinator Cynthia. The team has expanded in the past, so I did have someone different for my after-care, but was still happy with the attention they provided.
This time I did a revision breast implant surgery, since I had a whopping 600cc in each breast from my first surgery and they looked super disproportionate on my body. My right boob was also very bottom heavy which I hated since I couldn’t even make much cleavage as the nipples would show through.
Dr. Salama understood when I explained to him what I want to change and we were able to go smaller without having to do a lift, and he put some stitches on the sides so I get nicer cleavage in the middle since my old breasts were dissected more to the side to let them fit my frame (old ones were moderate profile).
It’s only been 3 months post op and I really really love my breasts. Initially I thought they were a bit too small but as it fluffed I think they are perfect for my frame. I also feel so much lighter in comparison to my old breasts, maybe I’ll finally be able to do a pull up (haha psych - I tried and I can’t).
The stitches on the side were initially making an indentation but they’ve softened up. I think my left breast may still continue to drop a bit more but they look more even now than they did before.
Overall, super happy with my breasts. I will definitely come back if I ever destroy my body with child birth in the future.
