Left Deformed & Needing Full Reconstruction

I came to this practice for a common pocket revision. 4 surgeries performed w/in 3 yrs. One surgery required being result from improper surgical drain tube extraction. (This surgery is also the one where I was sent home with NO aftercare instructions and NO follow up appointment in place)I am left deformed, in pain, HATING my body and facing substantial cost to repair. My left breast experienced the improper drain tube removal, which shifted a mesh, bunching it up along my sternum. This did not allow me to heal properly and created a barrier where tissue/pocket displacement occurred. I included a photo where I am laying flat to show this. The bump/ridge you see in the photo is the EDGE not center of my sternum. There is approximately an inch and a half there it dips in and you can feel and see my ribs…which should be behind my breast. Because of that I am left with nerve pain across my upper chest, an implant that completely bottomed out, rippling and an implant that falls far into my armpit. My right side now has double bubble deformity as a result of multiple surgeries and improper technique. This is painful and embarrassing. For a small period of time I could wear a thicker bra to “camouflage” the difference between my breast but this is no longer working. I am also left having to sleep with a bra/ sports bra of a sort in order to keep my left breast out of my armpit. I am CONSTANTLY uncomfortable with my body. My priority has been to get this physical and mental suffering behind me. It is hard to function day to day like this. In my quest to find a capable surgeon to correct this I visited with three doctors. Im left having to travel over 600 miles to a specialist. To say the cost to repair is hefty is an understatement… meanwhile still paying for the work that put me here. Options discussed to repair have been a latissimus dori flap, explant, expander, fat graph, lift and mesh. I’m not sure if you can imagine the emotional impact all of this has had on me… to go for a surgery that is performed daily across the world to being told how damaged my body is and what extent of work it will take to repair it. I have created a chronological breakdown of every surgery and encounter with this practice and doctor on google….where the reply from the practice was simply to come back and allow them to make corrections.
