How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Unmatched Bedside Manner and a Wealth of Information...
I had a breast augmentation revision in Nov 2022 and was rather quickly in need of a re-revision as both breasts bottomed out, unfortunately. After over a year of this situation worsening, I felt like there wasn't ever going to be a resolve and began to seek out other surgeons for a second opinion. Dr. Fryer with Premier Plastic Surgery Group was one of the first few google results to catch my eye and after clicking through before and after pictures I knew this is who I wanted to talk to and that was BEFORE I found his 87 page "Breast Augmentation Planner".
The planner is the most valuable, comprehensive, and straight forward piece of "patient education" that I could have ever asked for. In fact, I am just plain ol' MAD that I couldn't have something half this good before my original augmentation 10 years ago. For anyone looking into an augmentation or revision, this book is worth it's weight in ... oversized silicone implants (hah).
My consultation was well, well over an hour long and started with a review of my medical/surgical history before Dr. Fryer began his meticulous assessment and measurement process. I learned that measuring for breast implants is not a standardized process across plastic surgeons and Dr. Fryer has made it his professional mission to get his method published as the gold standard.
He took my measurements, put them on a diagram, explained what he believed happened between both surgeries, gave his thoughts on my best surgical options, and answered all of my questions. As a critical care nurse who usually only sees "things going wrong" and subsequently has a looming "touch" of health anxiety, I felt completely safe and comforted through this entire experience.
Now, at this point Dr. Fryer had spent over an hour with me and earlier in the consultation I had (very hesitantly) told him who my surgeon was, and what I wasn't expecting was for him to encourage me to go back to my surgeon to resolve what was ultimately an unfortunate break in the communication chain. Furthermore, he asked for my permission to call him directly and bring everything to the table... It definitely took some back-and-forth before I agreed because at the end of the day, I am not going through a second consultation with "tattling" or making disparaging remarks as the goal. After the guilt subsided a bit, I truly admired Dr. Fryer's professional courtesy and respect for my doctor to address an issue that could negatively impact his reputation and other patients in the same way. Dr. Fryer took it a step further and called me a few days later directly to check-in and reassure my neuroses that everything was "OK".
From the initial consultation to the follow up call, I am nothing short of very overwhelmed by his kindness, genuine care, and professionalism- it is very evident that he is passionate about his work and optimizing outcomes for every patient looking to have a breast augmentation and/or tummy tuck. If it came down to it, I completely trust Dr. Fryer to take my case. His office staff is just as warm and welcoming and very prompt with communication- they were the first to reach out to me and check in. I really wish I could remember the name of the girl at the front desk, because she was delightful and friendly.
If nothing else, look at his planners. There is SO much information that is so, so, so valuable for anyone pursuing surgery. Again, I am mad that I did not have this kind of knowledge breakdown 10 years ago or at ANY point for that matter. Also, it is important for me to add that I am not getting any kind of kickback on this (almost) love letter of a review- I just feel it is SO important to have all of the information and resources available to make the best choice for yourself. Every shift I see the way many patients are "left in the dark" about their plan of care, their options, and the expectations- so I value the time and consideration that I was given and feel strongly this type of bedside manner should be standard across the board... much like implant sizing :)
I'm definitely going to be posting this review all over the internet!
