Explant of implants

I found this doctor from my insurance and looked her up on RealSelf. She had only 3 positive reviews and I figured she would be a good doctor, from the start she was hard to get a hold of and her secretary always seems to be away or not working when you need to give her paperwork etc. I should have took it as a sign but I thought she works in so many locations she would be high in demand.I was wrong. It took 4 months to finally book a surgery and the night before 1030pm she called me about missing paperwork and I was upset this was not told three months to 3 days ago when I got covid tested and could get this paperwork. This is a very disorganized office. I should have realize and looked for another doctor but I was desperate to get my implants removed and my insurance approved it. I was lucky to find the document needed and sent it to her.One thing I didn't mention my insurance is medicaid and most doctors try to say you need extra surgeries after a explant that is not needed and she was one to do it. I had other consults with better doctors who confirmed it was not needed so I let her know that I didn't want a breast lift I don't think it was needed also my insurance wouldn't cover it and would be 10,000 or more.I know my body would be fine after explant but I let her know after I heal if it looks like I need it I consider it. Day of surgery she told me the night before my surgery would be at 815 she had a 700 am patient before me. When the day of the surgery came I was ready it took her 5 hours with the surgery and I should have left.I should have took it as a warning sign but I stayed because I waited 4 months and she was only explanting what could go wrong. I didn't get into surgery until 12:45 pm and waiting so long. I thought my problems would be over when she asked if I had one breast smaller then another and my breast was even before implants and even during implants and after she stitched my undersign to my wall of my tissue making it look like I have half a breast.She refused to fix it and said it's because I have no fat on that side. If I had no fat the breast would look saggy or empty like a deflated balloon. My right breast looks like she clearly stitched my skin to the tissue wall making my bottom of my breast tuck inside. I had no idea this doctor has no clue what she is doing. I have no money to fix it and I don't trust any doctor. I can't even sue no lawyer will take this case. I am in tears and deformed for life. She is still practicing and I don't know what to do.

So I am providing some pictures before implants 10 years ago. This is the way my natural breast look before any surgeries. You can see how both breast are even. Sorry the black and white that was what was given to me.

You now can see what I am concerned with. Not only did she lie in my medical records. When I requested for my medical records she did not give me all of it. Lucky the test results did state she took two pieces in my right breast and one in my left. Just like I already knew. I know my body. When I complained to her about it she kept acting so offended and lying that she took any fat from my breast when you see in the results she clearly did. She ruined my nipples and ignored my concerns. She stated that she doesn't know how my breast look before implants so she can't say for sure if I had even breast. Lucky for her I got my records to show proof. I showed her my breast before implants and after to show they were even and even stated if my breast was uneven before they would have different size implants and the idiot said not necessarily. This doctor is vengeful and I feel like she did this because I didn't agree with a breast lift which I didn't need. As you can see the left breast that I and other professional doctors agreed with me not needing a lift. Imagine if I would have listened to her she would have left my breast mutated because she clearly does not now plastic surgery and does not know how to leave a minimal scar. Also during surgery there was two student doctors which I didn't agree to and I have a feeling that they were the ones who practiced on me. I asked her this and she acted again so offended but never responded with no. She also didn't say she performed the surgery. After surgery I forgot to mention on my left side of my shoulder I had the glue that they put on stitches. It seems like someone poured it all over my shoulder and back. So during the surgery makes me believe things were chaos . How will something like this happen. Why would they spill this liquid on my back and shoulder and it was not suppose to be there. Not only is their office is disorganized but she is a messy doctor she can't make clear cuts and lies. Adds things in your medical records you didn't discuss or agree to. I wonder if she can't keep track of her patients and making all these errors. She has to many people working for her. Also during my follow-up I was in the waiting area and the doctor and receptionist was talking bad about a patient. It was so immature and violating HIPPA as I could hear. Also I figured when I left she would be doing the same about me. Also I left her tons of emails with my concern of my nipple and right breast. She ignored my concerns you don't want a doctor like this.
