36 Y/o, Looking to Remove 10 Y/o Saline Implants, Hoping for In-office Procedure

Wow, this site is awesome - I'm so glad I found it! I had my implants placed around 10 years ago. I think they are approx 300 cc, saline, under the muscle. I've always found them to be just a bit too large. Not obviously fake, but questionably large. And since I have a small rib cage, finding bras, swimsuits, and tops in general that fit is a big pain. I don't think they are aging well. And I just don't like the way they feel. Basically, I just want them OUT, haha. I had assumed that the removal process would be as complex and expensive as the placement so I never really considered it. Randomly I googled last week and discovered that I might be able to have them removed in a PS office, under local, for not too much $$. I really really hope that's the case! I've never had any problems with them -- no contracture, presumably a soft capsule, etc. I've made an appt for a consult with Dr. Doezie. Based on reviews on this site he takes a minimally invasive approach. The soonest I could get in to see him is Dec. 13 and I can't wait. I have 2 half marathons scheduled in the new year, so I'm hopeful I can schedule the procedure in between the 2. One more potential issue: I'm currently in the process of slowly weaning my 1.5 y/o daughter, though from what I'm researching, lactation isn't necessarily an issue. Anyway, I'll update with any new info. This site is so helpful, I'd like to be able to contribute :)

I had my consult last week and scheduled my explant! I'll be able to have them removed in the office as I hoped. Should be a very simple and straight forward procedure. I'll update with before/after pics when the time comes.
