My Breast Augmentation Journey

In less than 2 weeks, I have a BA Consultation with Dr. Chu! And I’m super excited.

4 years ago, I had a consultation with him to get 425/450CC, silicone, HP implants. BUT, back then, sometime along the way, stuff happened and I didn’t follow through in getting them done.

So NOW, 4 years later, I am finally ready to follow through and get them.

After doing so much research for 4 years and after looking through RealSelf daily, I am leaning more towards silicone MODERATE+ implants, preferably between 400s-500s CCs depending what can fit in me.

I’m NOT so much interested in upper fullness with HP because TO ME, it’ll look more fake than they will already be with the CCs I want. I rather have a wider base implant with more lower fullness to have somewhat of a “natural-drop” with MOD+. Plus, I have a wide gap &/or wide sternum between my breast and with a lot of research, I’ve read many times that Mod/Mod+ is a better choice ONLY BECAUSE, even though it won’t give me cleavage (because of the anatomy of my body), it will, though, make my gap not so wide.

Anyways... We’ll see how it goes with Dr. Chu! Hopefully he agrees with my choice BUT, OF COURSE, he would know best with the concerns I have. :)

So stoked to see Dr. Chu today!!! Long story short... Dr said I should definitely go with MODERATE profile Soft Touch silicone implants with AT LEAST 400 CCs... which I definitely plan to do... I personally plan on going for the 450 CCs! :) It’s set too... I paid the 25% deposit— PreOp appt is on Aug 9th and surgery date is Aug 10th. Sooooooooo excited!!! My boyfriend was with me the whole time and he, too, is stoked that I chose the 450CCs... he had fireworks in his eyes LOL. #gobigorgohome, he says HAHAHAHA.
