How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Been back at work for a week now and only issue I had at the start was not being able to fully reach to the top shelf (I work in retail) and being on my feet 11hours definitely made my back hurt. One thing you need to be aware of is your posture post boobies. Gravity tends to take its toll and causes you to hunch and round off your shoulders. Need to remind myself to stand tall!
Been going back to the gym as well to do resistant band work and body weighted Exercises. limited to lower body though!
Update on the rash: I’ll be seeing the dermal clinician in 2 weeks as advised by Dr Ek. The rash has cleared and the incision is flat but the rash has left me with hyperpigmentation... gah! I’ve been told it’ll clear up so fingers cross...

Thank god. The rash is clearing up. Being a pharmacist myself, it’s been handy to know which products to use to help soften the skin to reduce irritation and rough/dry skin. (Obvs, still gotta check with the dr for guidance though!)
The rough, darken skin is flaking off thanks to the healing balm I’ve been using. The incision itself is looking pretty good amongst the redness. I’m due to see the doctor again next week before I head back to work.
If you’re from Australia, I’d recommend getting these two products to help (if your dr agrees).
• LRP Cicaplast baume (healing balm that helps moisture, soften irritated skin. Think of it as really good thick moisturiser for problematic areas)
• Giovene silicone gel (the least stickiest formulation in the pharmacy market. Absorbs so well.)
Overall, the ladies are slowly dropping and becoming softer as the days go by. Restriction on movement isn’t too bad, only if I push or lift anything too heavy, you can feel the twinge in the pecs but definitely not limited on activities.
I feel like my boobs are still too top heavy, giving it a droopy look so I do hope this calms down and flattens to give a soft natural breast slope.
I do hope all these updates is helpful for you all out there. Let me know if anyone is actually reading these!
