Finally getting new girls - the plan for me is 500cc

I booked and paid for my surgery in March of 2020... And a week before I was supposed to go, covid happened and everything shut down. And then... Boom. Pregnant lol clearly shoulda been working hahaha I had to wait to be done breastfeeding for 6 months before I could schedule my new date. And that date is 1 week away. And I can't wait. I've wanted this for a long time and after breastfeeding 3 kids it's time. Dr Elmaraghy did my tummy tuck so I already know I'm in the greatest hands. He's also done a few augmentations for a few friends of mine and their boobs look amazing. I think the plan right now for me is 500cc. I'll meet with him on Monday and go from there. I just can't wait to feel confident in shirts and bathing suits... Which I never have. Even before kids.

I went in and met with the doc again on Monday and decided on a nipple reduction as well. We still are going with 500cc implants. He suggested I might want a lift later because they are a little droopy. I'll cross that bridge later if need be lol I go in today at 12:45 and surgery is at 1:30.

Everything went smooth. Went into the office for 1245. Met with the recovery nurse who was really nice. Dr Elmaraghy came in and marked me up, we chatted about everything and then the anesthesiologist came in and I really liked him. He was super nice and funny. Felt with comfortable with him. The OR nurse came and got me to bring me into the surgery room. Laid on the bed they prepped me for my IV and gave me oxygen. And then out like a light lol woke up in the recovery room. Felt like shit lol but I always do after anesthesia. The recovery nurse helped me get dressed and my friend came and picked me up. Got to her place and threw up off and on. Slept lots. Took pain meds at 830pm and that was it for the night. I had a great experience with Dr Elmaraghy and his whole office. I am so happy with my results too. We did lipo under my armpit cause we didn't want it to look like 1 big boob all the way to my back lol that part is tender haha but I'm good and probably won't need pain meds today.
