Worst ever - implants capsule damaged after car accident

Had a breast augmentation 6 years ago. 3 years ago was involved in a car accident that damaged the capsule around the left implant. It healed on its own, but now my left implant has corners. Dr diedrich admits that this is an old generation of silicone and they switched right after my surgery and I was one of the last patients to have it and that the new silicone wouldn’t fold like this. He told me on the phone that between me and him, he’ll tell the insurance company it’s from the car accident.
