Ever since I was a teenager and realized my breasts had stopped growing I always wanted them larger. But I also always tried to remain confident about my body the way it was and worked hard at loving and accepting myself the way I naturally was. I am now 33 and have been married almost 13 years. We have 4 daughters ages 11-9-5-3. We own our house and decided it is finally the perfect time for my itty bittys to grow up into big girls!?? My surgery is this Friday May 18,2018 with Dr Shatkins in Williamsville NY. I have multiple friends who have had their breast’s done with him both recently and over 10 years ago. I am confident in his abilities and judgement and now just trying to prepare for being in recovery after my surgery. Trying not to get too nervous and not too excited either. But let’s face it this is a potentially life changing event I have been looking forward to for a decade or more! I have been scouring real self for stories experiences etc to put my mind at ease and prepare myself for possible complications and what to look for ahead of time. I plan to write more as to how my initial process began with consults etc later when I have more time and will upload before pictures soon! Can’t believe how fast the day has gotten here!

On my way to surgery!
Feeling much more calm this morning on the way to surgery but except to get nervous once I’m about to be put under! Adding some before photos while I wait?? Currently wearing 32C (VS sizing) but don’t fill it out. Was a 32D when breastfeeding and miss that fullness. Hoping to get back to the D size range. Natrelle Inspira 405 SRM.

I was curious what type of implant did you get? Saline or silicone? thanks

I have silicone. from Natrelle Inspira range. Moderate profile but more like moderate plus compared to other brands.

Hey I just decided to look over your review to be courteous since you were leaving comments on mine. You can't even tell you have had 4 kids. I'm so jealous! I use to always be very slim, but started gaining when I got with my husband, then gained almost 50 with pregnancy, I lost 80lbs since then and now I'm back to being a toothpick. Lol. But it left my body so sad and different. I've actually only had one pregnancy (I have a son through my husband that I'm adopting) but my body has changed A LOT since gaining weight and pregnancy. Anyways, you look great! Your surgery looks like it went great too. I like how much cleavage the moderate plus profile give people. Good luck with the rest of recovery and dropping and fluffing.

aw thank you! I can relate to the gaining and losing weight myself. I was recently diagnosed w an autoimmune disease of the thyroid-hashimotos. I seem to have developed it after having my fourth daughter and by the time I was diagnosed I had gained over 30lbs from my normal weight and weighed 25lbs more than I ever weighed at 9 months pregnant before delivering my kids! I just hope I can keep my weight where it should be with the help of my thyroid meds and w some exercise once I can do more again after surgery. I think you look amazing yourself! I love the size and shape of your breasts and how full they look. I love the projection. that’s what I feel I’m still patiently waiting for with the drop and fluff! you should be so proud of yourself for losing 80lbs! that is no small accomplishment! you look great and now you can feel great when you see yourself in the mirror. it’s definitely a different feeling to get used to but you deserve it! you’re hot!❤️

Thank you so much! I really liked the moderate plus profile, but my Dr said it would go way into my armpit. Lol. These already do that a little. Its weird shaving, but it's getting better as they drop. Im so sorry to hear you have a thyroid disease. I hope the medicine can help you a lot. After I gained some and seen a Dr they said my thyroid levels were low, then another Dr tested my thyroid and said it was fine. After I became pregnant I ate whatever I wanted and had an 8lb 12oz baby girl. I guess my weight gain was just me. I'm so happy I've lost it. It has been off for over a year now. I'm just so happy that I'm able to boost my confidence and have a breast augmentation and later a tummy tuck. It's so amazing that we have these cosmetic treatments available and Drs who we can trust! :)

The twins have arrived!
Currently in my lovely hotel suite (Salvatore Garden Place) in bed very sore while my husband has been taking care of me and helping me with everything. I can’t open medicine bottles or even pull my pants down for the bathroom so I put a thin bathrobe on and just chillin with nothing under so I can go by myself. I was surprised how much pain I have in my muscles especially right near my armpits. Every movement sends volts of pain through them. My surgery was subfascial unless he changed that during surgery so I didn’t expect the muscle pain. My actual breasts are numb but feel heavy. The pain is radiating now all the way around my back. The life saver I brought is really my neck pillow. So glad I did go buy one bc it makes it so much easier to sleep propped up. It hurts to hold the phone and text so I will add some photos and try to remember to update my story of the surgery day later.
