WORTH IT$6,300
Scheduled BA with Dr. Tholen! Super excited and went in for my second sizing! I started out wanting 375 but now I want 500cc mod plus or HP. We have another consult scheduled to see what my frame can take. I want mod plus but all the doctors on RS that look at my pics say I might have to go HP! Nervous!

Still unsure hp or mod plus. Dr. Tholen will be the one to tell me at our next consult.

Hi! My stats are 5'5", 121 lbs, 3 kids. Actually I have 305cc Mentor round textured silicone Mod+ profile. Still little to me... I went from a 34a/aa to a 34b (pics on my review) I will have a revision on June 1st, i will go with 500cc high profile silicone gel Motiva Ergonomix to reach a very full 34c cup!! Hp or Mod depends on the look you want and by your Bwd! I have to go to hp because i cannot go over my bwd with implants to avoid complications! Good luck!!!!!

Thanks so much for you're info! I was initially going to go with 350 mod+ but noticed on this amazing site most were wishing to go bigger. 500 HP seems to please nearly all that get it. I am 99% sure that's what I'll get. My next consult with Dr. T is on the 14th. So we'll see then!

I'm a patient of Dr. Tholen's, 5"1 115 lbs, and I had my surgery Tuesday and we selected 405 & 435 Moderate inspiras. I'm really happy. Dr. Tholen suggested this size based on my pictures and stats and fitting wishes, and I really think he nailed it. He did explain that most people (not just his patients) wish that if they could get a do-over, they would go larger if they could go back in time. With that said, I told him I trusted his discretion to err on the larger side if he thought what we had chosen wouldn't be big enough to reach my goals once in surgery. I'm really glad I trusted him. I would just remind yourself that he has so much experience and does several augmentations every week with satisfied patients, so I would let him guide you. Good luck, and I'll be curious to see your results!
