I'm happy for sites like this that help make informed decisions. I have always had a small chest and knew I would eventually get a BA after I was done having kids. My bra size is 34A although I always wear padded bras. I hate that I get gaps between my bra and my boobs. When breastfeeding my breasts were large and looked great but would then deflate. I found Dr. Shah on RS and did outside research as well. I first had a phone conversation with him and he answered all my questions before I made an appointment to go in. On my appointment day he asked me what were my goals. I want to go as big as I can for my size while looking proportional. We tried on sizers and did an awesome 3D image. We agreed on 300 to 325cc under the muscle. I'm afraid of wishing I went bigger. As I look at girls with my same stats I think I will ask if he can try to go a bit bigger but I'm afraid I'll regret it! I can't make up my mind! My appointment is set for Tuesday I will upload pics.

My experience at the doctors office was great. The first two days were ROUGH!!! Day 3 is better I ended up with 345cc in each side. The staff has been great as well as Dr. ShAh

I am now 3 months and so happy with my results. Dr. Brian Coan from Cary Plastic Surgery in Cary, NC was
super. I look fabulous. I just turned 45yrs old. I feel and look like I’m 20 all due to the wonderful job he did on my breast augmentation. I was 34A and now beautiful (400cc) 34D.

Thanks! I get my strips/bandages removed Friday. I'll post new pictures. I feel great except I think I popped a blood vessel on Friday. Dr told me to ice and take it easy.

Oh no!!!! How did you do that? And how did you know that's what happened? It's so hard when you start to feel better to not try and get back to normal. Can't wait to see new pics!

As I got up using my arm I felt something tear/pop. Whenever I used hat arm I felt gushing blood. My nipple and skin felt tender. I googled possibilities and called dr shah immediately. I feel much better now taking it easy. Did you have a BA?
