Breast augmentation-34 yrs old, 5’7, 165lbs, mom of two (breastfed), Inspira silicone 485cc under the muscle

After seeing my girlfriends post breast augmentation and hearing how happy they are, I decided to look into it myself. I wasn’t 100% sure going in that this was the right thing for me-I felt guilty, selfish spending all this money on my body, but I’m hoping these give me the confidence I’m looking for!

Day five post op BA and I was a little disappointed when I woke up to still fairly significant amounts of pain and swelling. I can’t get over the pressure from the swelling! I guess that’s what happens when you tuck a pound of silicone in your chest wall x2... I’m still taking narcotics, but spreading them out, and Tylenol/Advil as well. I also find using ice packs a few times a day very helpful. I’m napping a couple of times a day and wake up a couple of times at night because of the pain, and being stiff from lying in one position (definitely invest in a few comfy pillows before surgery!) I called the clinic and spoke to the nurse to make sure this is all normal. She reassured me it is, that the first week is tough. I’ve added some photos as I found when I was checking out this site before surgery, it was nice to get a visual of what to expect. The girls look pretty strange (cone shaped torpedoes!), but over time, I’m hoping they’ll look gorgeous and natural!
