I do matter - the outcome was not what I desired

I opted for elective plastic surgery to enhance my body, specifically requesting a tummy tuck and breast augmentation detailing my desired size and shape to the doctor. Despite expressing my preferences, the doctor deemed all of my preferences unreasonable, insisting on his choices exclusively. However, the outcome was not what I desired; my breasts exhibit visible deformities, with significant variations in size and shape, including a prominent hump over my left breast. I’m unsure if it’s due to an incorrectly placed implant or a severe muscle trauma during surgery. Getting an X-ray seems prudent.
Moreover, the doctor did not discuss the possibility of implant placement under the muscle. I wanted gummie implants of a minimum 300 cc. He chose for me to have saline implants of no more than 200 cc, which is minimally a sip of water. I should have been cautious when he dismissed my concerns, saying I'd be asleep during the procedure. My breasts are wrinkled and sagging. It's evident the surgeon is inflexible and prioritizes his preferences over patients'. I suggest considering younger, more adaptable surgeons. I aimed to avoid additional surgeries, especially as I’m no longer in my 30s and my body doesn’t recover as swiftly as it once did. Nevertheless, corrective surgery is necessary.

This is the breast that is in question whether there is an implant. I have non-desolvable sutures under my breast and around my alveolar which is now beginning to tear open. truthfully I believe he allowed someone to practice on me. Also, he doesn't respond to my texts/messages

I am so so sorry you’re going through this! That one spot under the incision looks infected. Have you been to see a doctor? I really hope your PS starts responding and corrects his mistakes!

my wounds are still healing. I’m seeing a doctor at a wound clinic where I am getting collagen dressings. I just want to update you on what my breast implants look like. Keep in mind. This is a Doctor Who has over 45 years of experience.
