Consultation review - I was super uncomfortable

My review is ONLY based on the virtual consultation. This was one of the worst consults I’ve had since trying to plan my surgery! They was 15 min late I was like okay cool then there was another party in the room that did not introduce themselves but camera was off and microphone I couldn’t even see myself I even asked if I can call back to see if I can see myself he said no I went along with the consult but when I tell u I was super uncomfortable! I’m sure he’s a good surgeon but this consult was really bad!
