WORTH IT
I am 2 weeks post op on Thursday 2/7/19. Overall I'm doing alot better. No pain. Just soreness around the lipo areas. I've posted some before and after pictures to compare the difference and you can see dr. Gartner did an amazing job. Way beyond my expectations and I'm extremely happy with the results so far even tho I still do have quite alot of swelling

Thank you! The first 2 days were, in opinion, super painful even with the medication. But it could also depend on your pain tolerance. I'm not 100% if I have lost fat or if it's just the swelling going down, but I do feel I've lost some volume. These pictures were taken yesterday. I'm crossing my fingers I dont lose anymore >.

You look great, hopefully the fat Transfer stays. Doctor said there will be a lot of fluid leaking for the first 24 hours. Did you buy anything special such as pads/ diapers etc so that there isn’t a lot of mess. I am scheduled for next Tuesday.

Thank you! I used adult diapers and I work at a doctors office so I took some of the blue chuck pads we have here to lay out on top of my couch (that's where I felt most comfortable)I think you can get similar ones at target. They really help!

Thanks. I will definitely buy these 2 items. Your results look really good. Hopefully the fat stays in the buttocks area. Please share more pics when swelling goes down.

3 weeks out today. I'm still feeling quite sore around the lipo areas and I am still swollen on my love handle area more so on my right side. I would like opinions on volume loss and as well as the shape around my waist. I'm not sure if its swelling or if my love handles are coming back. Any thoughts?

I think it’s still the swelling. Its been only 3 weeks. Give it another 4-5 weeks and I am sure you will see the difference. You backside looks amazing. Hopefully the volume doesn’t go down.

Do you feel like I've lost alot of volume?
Are you taking the percocet or the ibuprofen?

I took percocet but 3 days and then switched to tylenol and ibuprofen. Yesterday I had the bowel movement finally. I felt a lot that I am going to pass out and then i would drink water that helped a lot. I think passing out feeling is from fluid imbalance and water helps a lot. No more fluid leakage but a lot of swelling in stomach. I am going to order the pillow today. Have to go to work after 2 weeks, no choice. Volume is still there but its been only 5 days. You still look great after 3 weeks but I agree volume is less. I hope it stays this muchWhen did you start sleeping on back? Still very stiffed on back and i can’t bend down without pain.

I still sleep on my stomach. I feel I've lost even more volume this week. It's kinda disappointing to be honest. Hope your results stick and would love to see your pics!

Awww that sucks, after all this. Hopefully you still get some good volume and results look better after swelling is all gone protaround 6-8 weeks. I checked my weight yesterday and I was up 7 lbs from my pre surgery weight. Hopefully my weight is less than my original weight after swelling is less. I read lots of his reviews complaining much of the volume was lost. So i dont have many hopes but hopefully some volume stays. Going to see him Tuesday for 1 week follow up, and then will post pics.

Its been 4 weeks. Still have alot of swelling in right side love handle area. No pain, just a bit of soreness around the lipo areas in the same as last week. Would love opinions on volume loss. Somehow I feel like my butt looks flat in clothes at the bottom which is what I was trying to fix. Side projection isnt the best but I was looking for more of a perkier look from the back which I lack. Would love feedback

I do not know if it's just me but I do not see volume loss from week 3 to 4. I'm sorry to know that you see no difference in clothes. How do you feel about the results on your buttocks?

I'm gonna try to post some pictures with clothes on so you can see what I mean. Overall I'm a little disappointed that I'm still flat at bottom but I do see some change. So its 50%satisfied

Between week 3 and 4, i think you almost look the same. Hopefully there is no more volume loss. I like your results so far.

Thanks for asking. I am much better. Doctor said there wasn’t anymore fluid. I will be starting my massages next week. I love the results. Its been almost 5 weeks. I hope results stay thisway

I had a wide waist and no butt. I had gained a lot in my mid section from three c section. Doctor gave a nice shape. I am not sure how to post pics here. May be I need to start my own review and then i can post.

I went for my 1 week check up on Tuesday and turns out I have fluid in my stomach. I was so devastated. Doctor took a lot out with a needle and going back again tomorrow. I feel this pressure and heaviness on my stomach.

Its pressure and stomach feels heavy. Very weird feeling. I am supposed to go back to work on Monday but this is so uncomfortable. My weight is still up 10 lbs from fluid retention and swelling. Going to see doctor tomorrow so he can check again and drain more fluid. Didn’t expect this at all. :(

I like my results so far. I like the way he contoured my body. Its been only 9 days so i would still wait for a few weeks to see if my body holds volume. When did you start driving? Did you use bbl pillow driving?

I had to drive at 10 days post op bc I had to return to work. I did use the bbl pillow(I still do)but I recommend getting an extra pillow to support your back. Will definitely look forward to your pictures!

Just came back from seeing doctor. He took fluid out but was almost half less than last time. I feel much better. Going to see him again Monday so he can drain more. I will go to work and then go see doctor on my break. I am planning to take pictures so I can start comparing now as I lose more volume

Also I received my bbl pillow today. From amazon, called yes indeed. I tried on the bed but I slipped. I have to figure out how to use it
How was the recovery, have you lost buttocks fat?
