Bodytite abdomen and banana roll.

On Wednesday, Feb 20th, I will be getting Bodytite done in my abdomen and the back of my thighs. My surgeon is Dr. Bharti. Since here are so few reviews on this procedure, I decided to log my journey. I am 5’2” and weigh 128 lbs. I have been a gym rat for the last 19 years and have never been able to get rid of my loose skin from having 3 children.
I chose Bodytite to avoid the downtime, pain and scar of a tummy tuck.
I had debated between a local vs general anesthesia and the bought of just a local scared me so the procedure will be done under a general anesthesia unless I change my mind at the last minute. I am very anxious!
I have purchased an abdomen Lipo foam board, Lipo foam pieces and have picked up all my meds from the pharmacy. He doctor will be placing me in a abdomen binder or compression garment after surgery.
If you’ve had Bodytite and have any advice on what to expect or what I should purchase, please leave me a note below. Thanks in advance for following my journey. Let me know if you have questions along the way.

He is great! He performed a breast implant exchange and lift for me in December. He’s a perfectionist!

Nothing to worry about. I had several bodytite and lipo procedures...all awake. You don't feel a thing. If you do, you might feel a little pinch and the Dr. Adds more lidocaine. Stop worrying. It's easy. You may be a little sore. Everyone is different. Every time I was up and about riding my stationary, walking, etc. Really. You won't feel a thing. You won't even need a relaxant.

Oh...pick up some Arnica. It's a natural products. Helps with soreness and bruising. I never took the painkillers I was prescribed.

Kelly234, Did you post anything on here about your experience? Was Bodytite able to give you the results you were hoping for?

So far I wouldn’t recommend this procedure but I certainly will keep updating progress.

I would be EXTREMELY careful with Body and Face Tite. Especially if you do NOT have a lot of fat. I had a horrible experience that was permanent. Left me way worse than anything I had started with. Heads up ladies!!! These doctors are very quick to suggest body and face tite!

Bodytite completed

I had Bodytite to my abdomen and banana rolls. It was completed under general anesthesia. My surgery was at 3:30 and I was home by 6:00.
I went home in a binder around my stomach. Once I got home I also put on a compression garment. I wasn’t tired or in pain, just discomfort. It felt more like a severe sun burn on my stomach and back of my legs. I also started getting a headache during the night but I think it’s a reaction to the anesthesia they used. I took norco and antibiotics. I slept off and on but not a deep sleep.
This morning I changed the bandages on my stomach but couldn’t shower yet. When I took the binder off, they put a big piece of foam over the bandages that was soiled with blood so I replaced it.
I am feeling a little drowsy today and I’m thirsty but am not having any issues getting around, cleaning, laundry, etc. also no headache this morning. Still feel the sunburn sensation but not painful. Just uncomfortable at times.
I am providing more pictures pre-op and post-op. Will provide more updates in a few days.

What’s difference between bodytite and liposuction ?

Bodytite is a procedure that melts the fat beneath the skin. Lipo can be done in conjunction with Bodytite if there is more fat to remove than what Bodytite alone can accomplish. At least that’s what I learned in my research.

Day 3

I started to develop a rash/welts the night after having my Bodytite procedure. I’m not sure if this a burn or if it could have been from the numbing solution they use during the surgery. It’s extremely itchy. I’ve been putting cortisone 10 cream on it and also taking Benadryl. Neither are even touching it. I also stopped taking the antibiotic and pain killer. I know it wasn’t any I consumed otherwise this would have been all over my body, not just the areas where Bodytite was performed.
Hoping it clears up soon!
