Before/After Photos
For those who asked for images. I have attached some before and after images. Note I am only 2 months post op so a lot more changes to come. As you can see from before ( car and blue gown images) my nose had a bumb, droopy and bulbous tip , and a lot of strength to it. After images show a refined version of my nose.

Adding more pictures of the journey
Here are images from now ( 1.5 years post opp) and right after surgery! You can see that it truly takes a year for the results to settle in. Still the best decision I ever made. I was in pain for maybe 3 days after surgery and it was more discomfort from the packing then actual pain. By day 8 as you can see most bruising was gone but swelling took a few months to really come down.

Awww poor danny was born ugly and gets no girls so he/she comes online to try effecting others moods. Blessing you with good vibes so you can find some inner peace or maybe a good surgeon :)

Wow you look amazing! Your natural nose looks a lot like mine, so I’m glad to see you got such good results from a closed rhinoplasty. Can I ask how long your nose looked *noticably* puffy after, and if you’ve had any breathing issues?
