I did it! Today was my surgery. Feeling a little...
I'm going to post some befores tonight but won't post afters until the pain subsides.
I got the ALLERGAN Natrelle 655cc gummy bear implants because
A. I wanted to go bigger and
B. 22 years is a long time to have saline implants without changing them out. My skin had gotten loose, the muscle was rippling. The volume was looking sad. Lol.
I'm going to try to sleep now but I'll be back!
I'll tell you all about my procedure tomorrow.

I highly recommend Dr. Kadz and his staff. I had surgery at his Beverly Hills location (That immaculate O.R. room with the sunny views...off the charts!) and the staff as well as the surgical staff were amazing. It's a very classy facility and there are lots of nearby hotels that his team will give you a list of if you want to recuperate in style. (We drove home same day). Dr. Kadz is a consummate professional, he's one of the best PS in the country. I should know, I read up extensively. This guy knows what he's doing. I've read several great reviews and I've read a few bad reviews but I chocked it up to maturity on the bad reviews, there are a lot of young women getting BA' s and they need to chill before they go writing reviews freaking 3 days post op! I'm a late 40's woman who knows what she wants, I don't need some PS coddling me and telling me what I "want" to hear. I'm a business person and I admire his direct bedside manner and straight to the point guidance. Dr. Kadz listened to my needs and he worked with me to accomplish my final outcome. So far, 14 days post op, (I had an appt with him yesterday) I'm very pleased and I know that time is going to reveal a lot. Stay tuned! :-)
