Hi shopping queen! I was 250cc's before 5'2" 115 lbs right now.

Thank you. How do you like the size of 655's. and also the feel of the gummy bears? I am 5 foot 4 and 115 lbs. please tell me what bra size you are naturally. Are you happy with this size, shape and look? Thank you for your help!!

I can honestly say the fullness is so much better but since I just had surgery yesterday I'm going to wait to tell you how they feel. They're pretty tight right now and a little high but not as high as when I had them done 2 decades ago! Also, I can already tell the shape is so much more natural! Pleased with that for sure.

I forgot to tell you, I ended up being a 34B with my salines.

So glad you are pleased so far. I am hoping that I will like not only the feel of the gummies, but also the shape. I Have read the comments from so many women on real self that are not satisfied with the shape especially with what they call the side boob. Please keep us posted regarding your recovery. Is "side boob" a part of why they don't like the gummy bear? Also, what is "morning boob?" Lol. I've heard that comment but don't know what it means.

I have read Quite a few comments about different implants that these ladies have received and they didn't have any side boob. I am not sure that it was the gummy implant. That was the reason I ask if you had side boob. Lol. I have not heard the comment regarding morning boob. Maybe someone can enlighten us regarding the definition of morning boob? And also maybe someone can tell me which implants they received that they didn't have any side boob?

Okay! Got this response today. Interesting about the morning boob thing. My girlfriend who has these anatomical "gummy bear" implants says they get cold and are a cooler temperature than her body. Now I know what she means. I feel like my boobs are kind of chillier than the rest of me. ??? Weird. Not too worried about "side boob" I don't think I'm going to have that dramatic of an issue.

Thanks for the information. That is strange. But I'm willing to live with the cold morning boob if they look good! Lol. Glad you're not having the side boob problem that I read about so much on here!

Morning boob is a universal problem, not limited to anatomicals. I have anatomicals, but I'm not sure if I am especially cold because of the type of implant I have. But, I'm always cold anyway. :-)

Me too! I'm always cold and now I have cold boobs. Jk. They are on the chilly side though. Kind of like when you have "wet" hair chilly.

Yes! I do yoga, mountain biking, road biking, hiking, skiing and snowboarding. :) Unfortunately it's going to be awhile before I can exercise again. :(

It was scarier for me because I wasn't as excited as I was the first time around. I was super flat chested AA and I was between a B and a C with the saline implants. I was questioning myself all the way up to the day of surgery yesterday but am happy today. I think I didn't realize how much fullness I lost over the years until I got the Natrelle gummy bear. Also, my best friend got them a few months ago and she let me feel them. I thought they felt rather natural but again, since I had them done yesterday they feel tight and my incisions are a tad painful. Overall though I think recovery time is definitely shorter and less painful.

Also, you gotta love the bra they give you. Lol. Not so flattering!!

I am thinking about replacing old saline implants too. Can you share if the old ones were under or over the muscle, and also placement of the new gummies? Thanks!!

They were under the muscle just like my saline. I did not have a lot of breast tissue to begin with. I think that's why my first PS went under the muscle.

My salines never felt natural. I had to go with them because back in 9, there was a scare about silicone implants rupturing. These cohesive implants should never have problems like that at all. Also, I have been terrified to get a mammogram because I thought for sure my salines would rupture! I asked my doc if I could have the old implants simply because I was curious and they were a part of me for over 20 years and he obliged. Upon looking at them, I really don't think they could have withstood a mammogram. :-/

Same here the feeling of them.i was a 34 A .in the end 34 D. Was a little disappointed. I am going to see if I can get up to 34DD. Just my Dr has retired and I will still get some what of discount. I had my first one done 14 yrs ago. Planning on see this new Dr on January 23rd and see if we can do it in April. All I remember from first time was went into office schedule a week later no retesting do they do retesting

aaah...yes. I was not able to go in for a 2 bs appt. I had to make $500 deposit and schedule my surgery right then and there. I was prepared to do that because I knew he was the Doc for me.

It was a smart choice that your doctor made to go under the muscle since you had little tissue. Mine went on top of the muscle very bad choice. I had very little tissue. I have left the saline implants in for years. Every time I went to see a PS, I was never satisfied with who I saw. Now I am glad I waited all of this time. I am learning so much from everyone on this site. Knowledge is power. Thank you so much for all of your help!!

I agree. I think that it is a big decision to either go under the muscle or not, I also think the second time around (ie. Breast revision), we aren't in some fantasy about how we want it to turn out. I think we are very much in reality about our bodies and we demand knowledge and expertise. Feeling tired today and my stomach is gaseous and not adjusting to being sedentary, along with the meds very well. Had an egg and piece of toast made by my BF so I'm hoping to alleviate the bloating. Sorry TMI I bet, but that's recovery for you. Hahaha. :) Posting more pics later today.

Sorry, yes! I had blood work done a week and a half prior.
