I ammm soooo so very nervous ! I had my consultation over a year ago , and just now decided to go through with it! I am getting lipo on my inner thighs, lover handles , lower back and a tummy tuck! After my csection with my daughter my tummy hasn't been the same. I was smaller about two-three years ago but I can not seem to get this new weight off ???? ! I am the biggest I've ever been 5'2 weighing 220 when my normal weight is usually 160 ! I'm so excited to get this surgery but also sooooo nervous it's so close !!!!! Any suggestions on anything I am all ears lol!

I have been doing the Eat Stop Eat fasting program since Jan 9 and have lost over 25 lbs. I was having trouble getting out of the 150s and I'm now 129. It's really easy, I just fast for 24 hours 2x a week. I also exercise but the exercise alone was not helping me lose any weight! Just a suggestion, it worked for me.

Hey i feel good today Lil to no pain I'm still very swollen and I still haven't took my garment off to see my stomach but from the pic I seen it looks good just worried about the pleating hopefully it will go away .... how about you

when u had your surgery u didnt have to lose any weight or they made sure ur blood work was good
