Dr Ridgway was absolutely fantastic! From the second I met him he was reassuring, not just for me (the patient) but also for my mother who accompanied me. He explained everything that would happen in the appointments leading up to the procedure, was a calming influence in the operating room, and was overwhelmingly positive at our follow up appointments. Dr Ridgway really went above and beyond to make me feel happy and comfortable, even pushing my wheelchair to my mum's car after the surgery and then maintaining constant communication in the hours after the procedure. His staff were all fantastic, including the receptionist who reassured my mother she wouldn't trust any other doctor if it was her daughter and especially the nurse who was remarkably kind and comforting when the nerves overwhelmed me right before I went into the operating room. I cannot recommend Dr Ridgway enough!
