I went into the office today for a consult. I thought dr mitts and his staff were professional and kind. He answered all my questions, and I didn't feel like he was rushing through anything. When we were done with the consult he shook my hand. It's so nice to see another dr in Bakersfield you can understand and that tears you well .

Panniculectomy and tt done 8-26-15. Best decision I ever made I have recovered extremely well I got my drains taken out seven days after surgery and it had little pain during recovery

So excited I found your story. I get those rashes all the time I have been cut 4 times 3 being csections. I was wondering about the tummy tuck vs csection recovery. Did your doctor say anything about scar tissue due to csection. How much did the over hang weigh?what was your height and weight? Any last minute advice that you can give. I will be taking the plunge on sept 18. Starting to get nervous. I will not be getting lipo did you get any done. You look great and that gives me hope. Thank you for sharing.

No Lipo, only a Panniculectomy and tt. I am 5'4 and 170 the day of surgery. They have not told me what it weighed but by the scale at me house I'm saying 7-8lbs. I have healed very well, and have no regrets. Eat well before surgery and follow your surgeons orders to the t!! Good luck!

I felt I healed quicker with the Panniculectomy than my c section. The first few days were rough but it's so worth it! You will be sore, but remember you don't have an infant like you would following the c section. Get your rest and allow your family to help you!

Now I'm getting excited. You look great with no lipo so can start to dream. Full tummy tucks only 12 days away. Thanks for all your help. I hope today is last night I have lift this over hang to spray hydrogen peroxide . I hate infections.mayover hang is very dense.

Mine was too, I could pick it up. It was gross. Thankfully all 3 of my dr's were supportive and told me as much weight as I had lost already was great, but that without surgery it would never go away. I am so excited for you. You are going to be so much more comfortable. And no more rashes! Good luck again!
