So much better!!! Finally feel out the dark. Vegan diet has helped tremendously

I decided to take a break from RS because I needed to really focus on my body and dig deep inside for everything that I was experiencing! Apparently, you can possibly experience all these lupus like symptoms after removal which I did experience and quite a few other girls that I have exchanged numbers with from RS and became friends with who also had removal. I was totally blind sided by what my body was going through which was way more symptoms than before. This website is called REAL SELF, so let me be transparent! For all the women asking questions or considering this removal PLEASE be ready MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY! It is no joke! You will need someone to help you & be there for you along the entire journey. I did have my mother and without her I would've easily fell into a deep depression. Everything I was going through after def took a toll on my entire family! Also, you will have to take lots of supplements because you lose lots of blood & your body is very weak after removal. I only recommend the removal if you are having symptoms and issues. If the issues are minor like cant sit for a long period of time try to get passed that. I say this because there is no guarantee your symptoms will go away! Like me, I will say my lower back pain went completely away& so did the tingling feeling going down my leg .... but 3 weeks after my Removal I had many more symptoms and issues for a long time that left me stuck in the house!!!! Even today I still have issues that I have to see a herbalist for & do acupuncture as well. I'm happy majority of the poison is removed, but it's hard when you look in the mirror & your butt is weird and you're not 100% better. Life is completely different now, i am about 85% better. I don't walk a lot because my leg will start to hurt (nerve issue).. I think it takes months to heal & start feeling better as I had my removal in March & I'm just getting back up on my feet- getting dressed, driving, going out places.... overall I am happy I removed mine, I was seriously getting sick, but it was/is no walk in the park after! You just don't know how your body will react to the operation, my biggest suggestion stay PRAYED UP! Women we are super heros!!!!! I know I am after all of this! Love & Light.

Had 16 test ran today w/ Rheumatologist... getting closer to getting rid of this painfulll inflammation. Super crazy...........
