I went to Dr. Kulkin because I thought he was good, nice and personable. The staff was great, he called me personally to check on me. Mostly an okay experience. I explained to him I wanted my love handles and stomach done. He said he could take care of it. He said I only needed the front done. I had the surgery and it went great. No pain really and I was awake. I was amazed. Afterwards my stomach did get smaller but not as flat as I hoped. My love handles still there. I explained to him that the look I wanted wasn't achieved. He said he could do revisions but I probably needed to get the back done. I had no problem getting my back done I just wished he had told me this in the beginning so that I could have gotten everything done at one time. I went back several times and thought my stomach didn't look how I wanted and he said that its just lipo you can't take ten years off your life. He did say it jokingly and he kept telling me I was still swollen. He was nice but I thought the comment was still inappropriate. I'm 5'4 145 pounds and 34 years old. Just have a tummy from my c-section. I am now a year and half out and still wearing spanx. I am getting everything redone and I'm so excited to finally get the look I wanted. My advice would be to go to a real plastic surgeon and he is not. He is only board certified. I thought this was okay in the beginning but it makes a difference. He is an okay doctor but not whyat I was looking for.

Well I waited a little over a year and got it redone so there is light at the end of the tunnel! Getting it fixed was the best thing I ever did!

I am looking for a doctor to give me a second opinion on what I had done by Dr. Kulkin. What doctor did you go to, to get your lips fixed?

I wen to Dr. Okoro and he was excellent. He fixed my lipo and I had a mini tuck because he said that the smart lipo that was done was not even effective because of the amount of fat I had. I wasted my money with Kulkin.

I feel like I have wasted my money with Dr. Kulkin also and I am very sad. I don't have any kids so I don't think I will need a tummy tuck...I am going to write my review soon. Do you mind telling me how much Dr. Okoro charged you for just your lipo?

Thanks for your honest review and feedback. Very helpful. I have been a laser patient of Dr. K for many years and curious about the Lipo services.

He has done several people I know and all say the same thing. He is "nice" but really doesn't take pride in his work whatsoever. All about the $$

I went to Dr. Kulkin as well and I am not happy with my results :-( I am so sad that I feel like i have wasted my money.

Pre op completed!
I am so excited my pre op is done! I was so nervous. My dr. prescribed me blood thinner shots to take for 7 days after the surgery. I hate shots! I have to drink tons of water and pineapple juice for bruising. He gave me the Anika Forte also. I am getting the exparel shot for pain also. I am so ready to get it over with. He had to add more time to my surgery because of all that I am getting done. I am getting a mini tuck, upper and lower abdomen lipo, full waist lipo, flanks, bra roll and butt contouring. 11 more days until my big day! February 23rd! I hoope my new doctor does a wonderful job!

Hi there! Hey I am having to have lovenox shots daily for 14 days after surgery. They are also giving me heparin during surgery. Do you know how/where you will be giving yourself shots since our mid section will be SOOO sore?

OK then. I think I can do that. Good Luck. I know between the drains and shots we are going to have to pump each other up to get over those HILLS! My goodness the mental challenge...WE CAN DO THIS!
