Provider Review
All doctors are NOT created equal, trust me! I’ve been to a couple different doctors for my fillers in the past and was let down each time. After spending thousands of dollars on fillers with lumpy results and unpleasant experiences I decided enough was enough which promoted me to search for a more reliable doctor. Luckily, I found Dr. Nelson Castillo and now that I’ve finally made the switch, I will NEVER look back! First of all, I want to mention that he truly does go above and beyond to provide only the best experience for his patients. He is very communicative and is quick to respond to emails and phone calls (even on weekends). He answered all my questions in thorough detail and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I never once felt like he was trying to “upsell” or pressure me into making a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. In fact, he educated me on my different options (the different types of fillers — there are many!) and gave me his honest opinions based on lots of prior experience. I read somewhere on the internet that it doesn’t really matter which filler you choose but rather the EXPERIENCE AND TECHNIQUE of the doctor!!! I now know for myself that this is absolutely true! I’m glad I went with Dr. Castillo’s advice and chose Juvederm Vollure for my lip augmentation as I had absolutely NO BRUISING, very minimal swelling, and most importantly, stunningly BEAUTIFUL RESULTS! My confidence has grown significantly overnight and I owe it all to Dr. Castillo! For all the ladies wondering which filler might be best for them, consult with Dr. Nelson!! He will take the time you deserve to discuss your desired results and make recommendations based on his skill and expertise! He wasn’t afraid to ask me to show him pictures of what I wanted which had never happened with my other docs in the past (probably because they felt they weren’t qualified to produce a similar outcome). My lips now have a healthy plump to them yet still look natural without that cheesy duck look you see far too often on Instagram. Dr. Nelson Castillo reached out to me the very next day after my treatment to follow up and make sure everything was okay. He actually cares!!! I am extremely pleased with my overall experience in the care of Dr. Nelson and look forward to seeing him in the future for all my filler needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! PS. His assistant, Deevon (sp?), is also very warm and welcoming! Her friendliness was the icing on the cake. :)
