CHOOSE YOUR PLASTIC SURGEON WISELY. It doesn't matter if he is located in a hospital, has a beautiful office, and has seemingly good outcomes. Do lots of research. If you in Utah looking for a surgeon, DO NOT GO TO ALPINE PLASTIC SURGERY!! My Third and final breast augmentation to correct all the mistake from my previous surgeon was at Vincent Surgical Arts. BUt, here is a summary of my experience at ALpine PLastic. Please read if you are considering going to his office for any reason. Going to Dr. Barnett at Alpine Plastic Surgery was THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I had a breast aug completed sub-muscular with silicone implants. I woke up after anesthesia and was so confused- why do I have two very small hardly noticeable mounds on my chest, very far apart that resemble NOTHING like breasts??! I was told that I was "extremely swollen and tight" and that over time, my muscle/skin would loosen and that the implant would gradually descend as normal. I was charmed and promised by Alise Wright and by Dr Barnett. Well after waiting TWO YEARS, I went back because my breasts were NOT normal and did not ever progress as promised. I literally had no cleavage, could not even manually force my implants together to the center of my chest because they were placed so far laterally. No movement of my implants. No cleavage. In fact, I could be in a bikini and no one could tell I had boobs! Because they were so tightly shoved underneath my muscle, they never acted like implants should. Dr Barnett agreed to cover a second "Minor" procedure, to fix the first. He said he created the pockets on the small side, to avoid complications if they were created too largely. So, my second surgery was to create those actual pockets much larger so that my implants would move medially inwards, loosen up, and get out of my arm pits. And because Dr. Barnett did not want to pay for an anesthesiologist or CRNA for my care, this was completed under a much lighter sedation than general anesthesia. I WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF MY OWN SURGERY AND FELT THE KNIFE INSIDE MY CHEST. I was waking up very quickly and actually speaking in complete sentences. and I remember EVERYTHING. Dr,. B quickly finished up the surgery prematurely, as I was waking up so quickly. And guess what? NO improvement!! No changes! Two surgeries and two botched breast augs! I have tried talking to Dr Barnett over the phone (I moved to Alaska and obviously cannot come into the office) and I was told that he didnt have time to talk to me, because I was not a "visiting patient". ALL of my communication has been through the nurse "manager", Alisa Wright. Who, by the way, will not ever return 1 single phone call. 2.5 years and I have not once gotten a return phone call from her, or from anyone at that office. SO in summary, worst mistake I have ever made. DO NOT GO TO DR. BARNETT. You will not get returned phone calls, no communication from the surgeon whatsoever, and yours breasts will be a laughingstock for all that know you. My $5,500 breast aug has turned into a 3 year $10,000 breast aug, as I recently had them SUCCESSFULLY completed by another local plastic surgeon. Oh and by the way, this surgeon was appalled at how large, thick, long and ugly my surgery scars from Dr. B were. He removed all my previous scar tissue and only 3 weeks post op, I have barely noticeable healing incisions with incredibly intricate, small sutures that I had never seen Dr. Barnett do on me. So basically worst customer service ever. Worst surgeon ever. Worst scars ever. Worst breasts ever. What is there to like about Alpine Plastic Surgery? I guess all of the lies and fake charm they sell. Oh and it took me two months to receive my medical records I requested. Two months!!! I finally got them after my phone calls were directed to answering machines and I finally sent an email threatening to get an attorney. So, I have half of my requested records and this point. Still working on getting the rest of them. Worst plastic surgeon in Utah. Dr Vincent, however, exceeded my expectations and fixed my horrible breasts. Breast augmentation is totally worth it if you find a skilled surgeon that gives a [RS bleep] about your results. All of my breast pictures (including the most recent) are on my phone and hard to transfer. But I mainly want to show you what to expect if you go to APS.

mine are so asymmetrical after revision done in Aug & capsulectomy on Dec 12. I developed a seroma from capsulectomy & the dr went out of the country after my surgery & I had now way to contact him! I saw 3 more ps & the most recent one put a drain line in to fix the seroma. He wants me to wait 3-6 more months for a revision. I'm so lopsided, & I can't imagine waiting until June!! How long did you have to wait for a revision? This is so distressing!! I have severe booby-blues!!!

Oh no sorry that sounds terrible! !!! My third and final surgery/revision of the first two surgeries I had to until December. So the second failed "revision" was February or march. SO 9-10 months approx. I kind of have the horror story boob job. It's almost 3 years after my first one before I finally got actual breasts. .. and only 3 weeks post op!! I'm sorry have to wait, but 6 months is so much better than 3 years! !!!! Good luck and I hope fix everything! ! I know how miserable and depressing is. .... very disappointing. Like, bone crushing disappointment. :(

Yes, it is!!! Thank you. Im so glad you finally got the results you wanted!! What size are you now? How do you know many ccs to get?
January 8, 2015
Thanks! ! I asked surgeon to upgrade me to a DD. I told him I was considering 600mls so it turned out that he picked out 600mls for me.he was going to go to to 650mls but my friend (who happened to the reason I went this plastic surgeon, she is a nurse in his surgical center) advocated for me that 650 was "too large" and that they would get "too big" when I had kids. Lol. I would have been okay with 650... or even 700 now that swelling has gone down. But, I'm still so happy with size I am ! I think I'm somewhere between a 34DD and 36DD. Which is strange, on my body type (tall, athletic) they don't look as large other people that get the same size .

That is strange, bc my last ones were 375 ccs (probably high profile) got me to a 34DD in VS. I want to be smaller bc I'm only 5'3, 112 lbs. I'm athletic, too. I'm a runner & lift weights. I think I was about a D when I was pregnant, so a full C would be more proportional for me. Is there a lot of difference in 50 ccs? Maybe I should go to 325-330 ccs or so. Before my messed up revision, I had 300 ccs of saline below the muscle & was only a full B, small C. I've heard saline & silicone measure different. Now the ps is telling me I don't have as much breast tissue to work with. :(

Well.... it is weird but we have different body types. I'm 5'7, 145 pounds with a moderately wide shoulder width. I wish they looked a little larger on , but they are extremely proportional to my body. But 600mls may look ridiculous someone else. Honestly no... 50mls isn't that much of a difference lol. Yeah 325 might perfect for you. You are TINY!!
