6pack Abs Amazing Experience!

My experience with Dr. Parin was nothing less then amazing! I'm a guy that regularly works out but just did not want to go back to my younger years of dieting down to single fat percentage digits in order to see my abs. I am older now and want to retain size/mass in my upper body, but also want to have a nice lean 6pack stomach. To achieve this I planned on having HD lipo/ab etching/6 pack/love handle surgery in Colombia (the mecca of cosmetic surgery), but decided to do further research to find a Doctor who could perform this surgery closer to Australia. I was extremely pleased to find Dr. Parin in Bangkok, which was only a 9hr flight away. After looking at his qualifications, experience and RealSelf reviews, I was confident that Dr. Parin may be the right choice to make. If anyone does a little research about who Dr. Parin was trained by (Dr Alfredo Hoyos), you would discover that Dr. Hoyos is basically the one who invented/pioneered Hi-def/6pack abs lipo techniques. Because of Dr. Parin's training and other reviews, I decided to make an enquiry here on RealSelf and he replied swiftly. Via email communication, we agreed upon a date for my in-person consult and I booked my flights.

Upon arrival to the clinic I was greeted warmly and all of the staff were fantastic. My introduction to Dr. Parin was very welcoming, he was extremely down to earth and friendly. Dr. Parin explained the procedure process, examined my body, gave suggestions and answered all of my concerns/questions. I was able to show him some reference pictures which were slightly different to the usual request by clients but he was confident he could achieve what I was looking for.

After the consult I was happy to go ahead with surgery and the experience was great! Dr. Parin's bedside manner is incredible and highly professional. He was polite, had a great sense of humour (which helps take the mind off surgery) and kept me informed throughout which was very re-assuring.

After surgery, I was well taken care of by Dr. Parin and staff, given all aftercare medication and Dr. Parin even directly messaged me to check up on the days following surgery which was really nice and is definitely a great feeling knowing that he actually does care about his clients wellbeing.

I am currently 6 days post op and feeling great! Within 3 days I saw a huge shape difference and I'm excited to see the full results once I am healed completely. I highly recommend Dr. Parin to anyone considering HD lipo/ab etching/6pack abs/chest contouring/love handle removal. He is a great guy with a wonderful sense of humour, takes pride in his work, has clear communication and is very honest.

I definitely think Dr. Parin is one of the best doctors in the world for ab etching and I will continue to provide progress photo updates to help anyone else reading this who may be considering surgery with him. You will not be dissapointed!

update 7 days after surgery, feeling normal, no pain, natural ab shape starting to show more aswell as serratis anterior prevailing, I can already start to see a defined more ripped look. I still have swelling, but there is no pain at all. Will update again at 1 month post op mark.

It has been 6 weeks post op and results are really starting to show more and more.. no pain, swelling has reduced and very pleased with progress. Results are looking great. I am able to go back go gym training at 100% capacity with no issue.
