I was always pretty happy with the way my breast looked. But After breastfeeding two beautiful babies, they were not their old perky selves. I started at a 34C and was measured at an F while breastfeeding! I am currently a 34 droopy C. After searching RealSelf for my hours than I care to admit, I finally decided it was time! I wanted to write this review to help other woman just like this site has helped me. I found my Dr. and have the surgery planned in less than 2 weeks. Equally excited and nervous. My fear is that the outcome won’t be what I expected. I’m afraid of going too big for my frame or going too small that I don’t see much of a difference. I had my pre op appointment and the Dr. recommended 330-350cc moderate round silicone under the muscle implants with an anchor lift. He said he doesn’t like to make woman look too top heavy and that would be the Size he recommends is based off my measurements and body type. My mind has been racing if it’s going to be big enough.. I know he’s the professional but I don’t want any regrets.

Here is my inspiration page! What size do you ladies think most of these are? D? DD? My Dr asked me what bra size I want to be. I am currently a 34 saggy C. I thought this was a little difficult to answer because they vary so vastly from store to store. I don’t want to appear too top heavy but I don’t want to look like I had nothing done either. My Dr only uses round implants as well. He said if they flip in the breast pocket, it won’t matter.

I think "D"s would be a good fit for you and your frame, but most of those in the pic look to be high profile implants and not just the rounded ones. DD would be huge, plus the bra selections are a lot sexier in "D's" than the "DD's".
My first Dr made me DD and they were way to huge and my frame is bigger than yours.
My only advise is to just make sure you Surgeon is Board Certified and has good reviews. I made that mistake with my 2nd Dr. and he botched me pretty good.
Good luck with you journey and I wish you the best of luck.

Surgery day!!

Today was the big day!!!!! I was a bag of emotions from nervous to excited. Until I arrived at the surgery center, than my nervousness slipped away because of the staff. The nurse, Surgeon and Anesthesiologists were amazing! As a nurse, I know what to look for.l ?? They were professional, caring, Personable and knew exactly what they were doing! I’m home now And the pain is pretty intense. Pain is hard to describe but it definitely feel more of a extreme muscular soreness than any type of shooting pain. The muscle relaxer is working the best for me right now. Hurts to take deep breaths but I know that’s very important to do!
While he was marking me up in Pre-op, I told the surgeon I trust his professional opinion as far as size. We agreed I wanted to go up one Cup size up with upper pole fulness. I am current a small saggy 34C. The Dr. decided to place 320CC silicone. We had originally talked about 330cc but I think I gained a little weight from not exercising 4 times a week for the past month. I had been sick and then the kids.. I don’t like bringing them to the gym when they are sick. ????
They look huge with all the bandages on and I’m super excited to see what they look like tomorrow during the follow up visit.
A few recommendations that have been a life saver so far! Braid your long hair so it’s one less thing to think about and get a travel neck pillow for the ride homemade even for the couch after!
