I had distributed over a year 2 fractionated ablative CO2 laser treatments with the Ultra Pulse Laser from Lumenis and 6 treatments with RF Needling Genius. The last treatment is 3 months ago and I am very satisfied with the results, the scars are no longer visible for me. Is this end result of treatments permanent if no new scars are created by recurring acne? Or do the scars become visible again after some time and therefore need to be treated with a laser for the rest of your life?
I have acne scars that have not responded well to various treatments. I am going to try my first CO2 laser, and am opting for the UltraPulse over the Core CO2 since the UltraPulse is more aggressive. I have some tethered scars. Will I need subcision before the UltraPulse? Will the UltraPulse be ineffective on tethered scars without subcision? Thank you!!

Hi I really need help I had a combined fully ablative laser done in august 2020 and its caused me so many issues one of them being my eyes look so old now and I have lots of excess skin and deep wrinkles. I told the laser specialist that I did not want it done to my eye and he replied I would of been left with a panda eye. The traumatic stress this is causing me is massive its like all around my eyes have lost elasticity how can i fix this? As the person who Done the laser gets aggressive.
I had co2 laser 5 months ago to help my acne scars and the scars I wanted treating do look better but what was smooth looks textured and scarred he claims I had orange peel textured skin and would go back to normal at 3 months now hes telling me to micro dose accutane for textured skin my skin is so oily and parts of it look worse then before has he scarred my skin or is it just textured please help (my skin looks smoother until the shiny hits)
During fully ablative CO2 laser treatment the laser had an error and cutoff after just one pass. I was unable to get the full treatment. Im scheduled for a second try 10 weeks after the first procedure. Is 10 weeks enough time? Are risks higher? Im fair skinned, healthy, young and healing well. This is for deep scarring. I know it is a rare situation to be in. Any advice is appreciated.
