5 months after C02 laser - Is my texture due to scarring or will it eventually clear up? (photos)

I had co2 laser 5 months ago to help my acne scars and the scars I wanted treating do look better but what was smooth looks textured and scarred he claims I had orange peel textured skin and would go back to normal at 3 months now he’s telling me to micro dose accutane for textured skin my skin is so oily and parts of it look worse then before has he scarred my skin or is it just textured please help (my skin looks smoother until the shiny hits)
