Ultraplus CO2 laser for nose contouring ?

Hello I have bulbous nose nose, i have done 2 rhinoplasty one in 2021 and thr other 2023 april, I have this doctor in instagram who use ultraplus co2 to contour the nose, and the results are really good! I seen one myself It’s so subtle but there is a different. I’m scared of any complications that will make me regert doing this, you advice will be appreciated
