I am interested in getting Ultherapy for my lower face. I naturally have very recessed/week cheekbones but recently go fat graft to the cheeks. If I get Ultherapy for the lower face, will my cheeks that are mostly bad of fat sag? Is there a risk if the heat rising and burning off my fat in upper cheeks?
I had fat grafts to my cheeks and sides of my face around my mouth in 2012. They were overfilled and have continued to grow and are very lumpy. I cant even smile the same now because of the volume of the cheeks and sides of my mouth. Some lumps are hard. Ive seen some PSs recommending Ultherapy to improve this. How does this work and what do I tell the person performing the procedure to achieve the best results not only to reduce the volume but smooth the vast amount of irregularities.
I got fat grafting done in my forhead and cheek area about four weeks ago. Now I am interested in skin tightening and acne treatments. I want to do IPL, fraxel, microneedling, facials, chemical peels, Ulthera, and other treatments but I am worried that the heat or something else might dissolve or have some kind of negative effect on my fat grafting. How long should I wait till it is safe to do these kind of treatmemts so it wouldn't effect the fat in my face? Thank you!
I'm trying to fix a bad fat transfer from about ten years ago that resulted in an overfilled inner cheek that looks puffy and saggy. A doctor suggested Ultherapy to get rid of excess fat, but fat loss seems to be a side effect of the treatment gone wrong. Is it actually possible to remove fat in a controlled manner with Ultherapy? If not, is there any procedure that does so (the doctor also suggested that maybe it's not fat but scarring preventing lymphatic drainage)? Thank you.
