Help! I need hypoallergenic, latex/rubber free compression binder/suit post tummy tuck.I am 3 weeks post tummy tuck, lipo, and fat transfer today. 5 days post surgery, I noticed hives, which covered every part of my body that the compression bodysuit touched. After 2 rounds of steroids, discontinuing the compression suit, and only using the compression binder, I still have hives. Im guessing the binder is also an issue.
I have had hives in my hands immediately following surgery then a couple random ones on my feet but it went away and wasn't too bad. This morning I broke out in hives all over my incision...it's soooo itchy.. i already took Benadryl and a shower..is this normal? Anything else I could be doing to relieve this pain??
I been on Benadryl..and high dose of steroids.. I'm still breaking out in hives..I stop taking the meds 2wks post op due to I begin getting hives.. I was on Percocet and Valium.. Im miserable! I go see an allergist tomorrow .. I also had two [RS bleep] of Coumadin in the hospital along with dilaudid..
Im 2 weeks PO. On Monday I noticed a small opening and a bad odor i remo ed the tape and went to my Dr, from Monday to today (Friday) is looking like this. Dr just gave me neosporin. Is this normal? Should I be worried? I cant take antibiotics because I break up in hives. Please opinions.
I am two and half weeks out from TT. Still have two drains in. Was on prednisone because of hives from allergic reaction to the glue/tape that was used for the incision. Have not taken pains meds in 3 days and I feel nauseous on a daily basis. It is like being car sick but all the time. Is this normal?
