Can I take an Epsom salt bath at any point to help with reducing swelling? Or may I use DMSO with my arnica, to help reduce swelling? It has been one week since my operation.
I'm 4 days post smart lipo. I had smart lipo on my upper,lower abs, and waist. I'm still very swollen and I understand that. But what scares me is that all my areas of treatment are just as jiggly as before Lipo. I'm doing everything my surgeon told me to do. I'm active, keep hydrated, take arnica you name it. All the reviews I've read everyone says that their are of treatment was hard after Smart lipo. The whole purpose of me doing smart lipo was did it to contour my abs and waist. Did I waste my time?
I got smart lipo done on my lower abdomen 2 days ago. been wearing compression garment 24/7. still have bruising but Im taking arnica tablets. I don't expect instant results obviously but I've been a little worried reading about people who get hardness, lumpiness, odd looking naval, no results, etc. what can i do to ensure best results possible? took a walk today and it was difficult but tolerable. Should I remain immobile for a while or is light walking/exercise good for the healing process?
