I had rhinoplasty ten years ago and have very thick skin. My skin never contracted around the actual frame of my nose, which is actually pretty small when I pull my skin taught against the frame. At times my nose looks more swollen than usual. Is there any way I can tighten the loose skin with laser treatments? When I smile the loose skin makes my nose appear wider, and the right side of my nose appears to have more loose skin than the left.
I have bumps that pop up between my smile lines and nose when I smile, and they're really noticeable. I haven't had any medical procedures or surgery on my face. I also can't find any information about what they are or what causes them. How can I get rid of them?
I am a 24 year old male. I decided to go to a dermatologist aiming to reduce the redness of a burn I had on my nasal tip. I walked out with was a face serum and cleanser. I was told to use both over my whole face. A week later and I was distraught as my skin became extremely thin and the skin either side of my nose became stretched and loose. 6 months and although the majority of my skin has recovered, the loose skin around my nose remains! Is the anything I can do to resolve this!? Ultherapy?
Im 28 years old. My weight does fluctuate, but the area in my lower face and jawline always seem to hold on to fat (extra skin?) which makes me look older than I am. I also feel that my facial features could be more balanced between chin, mouth, and nose, but Im not sure what I should start with to achieve that result. My teeth are pretty small and I would like Vaneers some day but would like to see if there is anything I can do in the meantime.
I had some cosmetic surgery approximately 4 months ago (facelift). At that time, upon my request, the dr. said he could help that side of the nose issue by doing a minimal ultrasonic rhinoplasty. I'm happy with the nose itself, but am bothered by the wings and the lack of smoothness at the inner eye/nose/cheek junction. I see no difference and am hoping there is another solution.
