Im 25, exercise lower body 3 times a week, eat healthy however still have a double gluteal fold. I understand surgery is risky and removing fat can make the butt drop but I was wondering if skin tightening could be an option to improve the double gluteal fold, particularly on the right side. It makes me feel so insecure Id really like to do anything I can to improve it without making it worse
I have a dent in my buttocks that I cannot get rid of, I work out Ive tried the fascia blaster and suction cups. I thought I was making progress but now Im really not sure.I recently seen something online about buttock dents where in some cases it can be taken care of in office. Please help me it looks crazy from my side view and certain pants show it very well. Thank You !!
I have had significant weight loss (around 130lbs) and had an FDL TT done back in August. I am happy with the results of the front, but my lower back fat bulges out while wearing pants and seems unproportional to the rest of my body. I also have trouble keeping my pants up. My surgeon recommended fat grafts from my lower abdomen and love handles to my buttocks to help improve the contour my body and did not recommend extending the tuck all the way around. I'm 22, 5'10 and about 180lbs.
Im looking to have skin tightening done on the back of my thighs, saddlebag area and butt... When I use slight pressure to lift my skin up, I dont have the appearance of cellulite. I have some loose skin. Open to long downtime for best results... Ive had liposuction done twice on my outer thighs. Coolsclupt on my banana roll, Kybella on outer thigh. Im 35 years old, 59, weigh 120 lbs, work out with a personal trainer 7x a week. No extreme weight loss or gain, eat healthy and dry brush.
I am a 30yr old, active mother of a 4 yr old. I only gained about 30 lbs during pregnancy and bounced back to pre-baby weight pretty quickly. The problem, no matter how much I excercise, my upper thighs and my bottom sag. Nothing drastic, but enough that I am very self conscious in shorts or a bathing suit. My body from my hip bones up is very toned & tight also, for my height (5 ft 2) I am a healthy weight (110-113 lbs). My legs look years older than the rest of me, best options??
I have loose skin, expecially on my butt and thighs. I started to lose weight, that's when I noticed the loose skin pretty bad on my butt and inner thighs. Its very depressing and i want to know if this is fixable. I have tons of stretch marks I had 3 pregnancies. I know I'm very out of shape and I understand I need to build muscle while losing weight.Tone up.But will that help my loose skin? What can I do to combat this loose skin from my weight gain then weight loss 3x in row.posted photos.
I am 65 year old woman with very young looking skin overall, as I've been told by many physicians, and have never experienced childbirth or stretch marks. Over the past year I've lost 35 lbs and work out 5 days a week. When I raise my arms up overhead I abdomen looks perfect but when I lower them the skin looks slightly crepey. The buttocks are always crepey even when I flex my glutes. I'm certain I can improve them by building up my glutes some more but would a procedure like Thermage make a difference?
I am very thin and workout a lot. But working out isn't helping tighten the skin on my legs and buttocks. Most the laser I have read about melt the fat. Do any of the newer laser like forma plus inmode or velashape 3 help the appearance of the skin without melting fat? Or any other laser recommendations that help appearance of skin on legs?
Hello.. I am 29, 5'6, 120 pounds and exercise regularly, but yo-yo dieting when I was younger has left my buttocks and upper thigh skin a bit loose, with stretch marks. I have read about so many options, but what is the best? Fraxel? I also have a scar on my buttocks from a birth mark removal when I wasn't younger and would love if that improved even just slightly. Please inform me; I'm looking to begin treatments asap. Thank you!
