I had the Profound RF treatment 5-6 days ago. The swelling is still evident in my lower face and neck. My main concern is the skin under my neck is loose and jiggly like jello. It was not like this at all prior to the treatment. Will this go away? How long approximately?
I had profound 6 weeks ago. My bruising and swelling were severe and took 2 weeks to heal. My festooning , which was to improve post procedure is now worse. I have dark circles under my eyes as well. I look worse then I did prior to the treatment. My doctor says that he has never had this result and there isn't a fix except adding filler. This is quite honestly not an acceptable response. Does anyone have advise?
Im inquiring about the profound treatment to lift my jawline & treat some wrinkles & sagging on my face ...doesnt this treatment remove fat cells? Will it make your face appear older & guant? Ive read to drink water to flush the dead fat cells out ...but that not really what I want to happen .. also..can you apply makeup to cover bruising & how long does the swelling really last?
Im not expecting results yet but three weeks post profound my face looked and felt firmer. Within the past five days my face started to noticeably sag. Im a good healer and according to the dr only had mild laxity. At a month post , I look worse than before I went in. My regular dr confirmed this today when I went in to see about fillers. The dr who did the profound is well respected. Is this part of the healing process for some? It definitely caused my filler to metabolize faster.
