My skin under my chin is loose and jiggly after Profound RF treatment?

Hi Jiggly,It sounds as if your treating physician used the subdermal micro-needles which are inserted deep into the submental (double chin) fat to decrease fat and tighten the area.  When this is performed with Profound RF it is normal to have swelling along with the jiggles. Hi, congratulations on your treatment.  You are seeing the swelling from the RF energy placed into your neck as well as the fluid from the numbing injections.  Swelling typically peaks 3 days after a treatment or surgery. So, the jiggly is just from this swelling. Recovery is about 5-7 days. The results from Profound may show as early as 6 weeks but really you get improvement for months.  The system carefully delivers energy into the skin to stimulate collagen production.  This is a process that starts at 3 weeks and carries on for 6 months.
