I had pico sure focus treatment on Thursday. I have never had an acne problem but have the worst itchy painful breakout after the treatment . What can I do to calm it down before Monday? I have to travel for business s cannot go back to the doctor Monday!
I've had picosure done mainly on my undereyes to treat my dark eye circles. It is day 4 and my skin has been peeling, and there are still itchy bumps on my cheeks. Is the skin supposed to peel to get rid of the 'darkness'? Also, I work under the scorching hot sun a lot. I even had to work the next day after my first session. Is this ok? I'm really worried.
I'm 3 days out from PicoSure treatment and the bumps are much larger, my face is itchy. The only thing I have put on my face since treatment is Supergoop spf 50 and La Mer moisturizing creme. I have a friend who is allergic to numbing cream and suggested that I may have had a reaction to the lidocaine. She said I should put hydrocortisone on my face but I'm worried I'll make it worse. Is this rash/bumps normal for PicoSure?
I had a Picosure LSR treatment two days ago and yesterday I started breaking out on my forehead and cheek. Now many small pustules have formed and these areas are swollen, hot, red and itchy. Is this folliculitis or is it to be expected after treatment? I don't normally suffer from acne. I did have a similar reaction several years ago to an eyebrow wax. Im currently taking flucloxacillin & applying a hydrocortisone ointment.
I did a full face picosure procedure on Monday (6 days ago). The next day, my face was full of tiny red blisters that have itched so much. Over the day, the blisters have had pus in them. I have been very thorough with cleaning my face and only using soft, hypoallergenic solutions. I have also used 110 spf. I have not popped any of the bumps, but I am concerned for my skin. I did not have any breakouts prior to the procedure. I did the picosure to help treat previous scars and fine lines.
I've had my first picosure skin rejuvenation a week ago. I got it down to remove a couple of sun spots ans some freckles. My skin is generally very good but since having the treatment there is definitely texture on my face. It feels lumpy and I still have blotchy red around my cheeks. Is this likely to go away over time? it also itchy's a little and feels a little tingly. Is that due to the healing process?
