Nonsurgical Nose Job + Collapse Q&A

Nose collapsed after rhino 20yrs ago where dr thinned lengthened my nose. Didnt want any of that. Now it has collapse more. I had silikon injections by renowned dr & it looked FABULOUS, but 2 wks later seemed to disappear. Now collapsed on right side about 4 yrs after silikon to left side,sent him photos he said 'he doesn't see it.' Please someone help me find a permanent non surgical solution. I know someone out there can help me please.

Can I fix nasal valve collapse with filler such as restylane? Also, If I opted for latera nasal implant for valve correction, could i receive restylane filler after procedure for cosmetic purposes?
