I had a rhinoplasty about 5 years ago, and around a year after surgery my results looked defined and structured. After that, I had some irregularity along the sides of my nose , tip (possibly scar tissue), and I received steroid injections to address it. (3 rounds in 2022) and also one round of filler back in 2023. Sine then, I feel like my nose has lost definition—especially in the tip and supratip area—and now looks more rounded and less structured. I’m not concerned about collapse anymore, but more about restoring definition and shape. I’m not looking to add bulk or make my nose bigger—just to recreate a more defined contour. I’d love an honest opinion of whether this could be improved with very conservative filler, or if it would require structural correction.
