I previously posted about the desire to possibly have a tummy tuck. I am 36 5'8, 156lbs and 20% body fat. I had a c section 13 years ago and have had trouble getting my six pack back despite hiit, strength, circuit and weight training 5 days a week along with a diet that excludes beef, pork, fried foods, breads and pastas and dairy. I am reposting my question because 2 of the pictures that i provided showed me in a very bloated state and want to get/give the most realistic explanation possible.
My stomach still has a bloat look to it- not flat & no contour at all. My plastic surgeon suggested we do electronic stimulation- is this normal? This is also after 3 failed cycles of cool sculpting that yielded no results. I went ahead w/ this surgery because I thought for sure I would get great results- but still not yet.
I bloat terribly after I eat. I have my entire life. I can increase in size from a 28 waist to 34-36 within 2-4 hours of a meal. There have been times when I have bloated so severely I looked 9 months pregnant. I've tried digestive enzymes, diet changes, eating frequency/volume changes, etc.
I am five months from having mini tt with lipo and breast lift. I have abdominal swelling, major abdominal pain and long excessive menstrual bleeding. It is now 14 days of bleeding. I cannot control my bladder and I feel gas moving which really hurts but I am not constipated. It feels muscular. I've been consistent with a compression. I've been to the GYN and had sonogram. Saw a small 2cm cyst. GYN showed no concern. With all the pain, swelling and excessive bleeding, something isn't right...
I am bigger now than I was at 4 weeks post-op. I wear the compression wrap during workouts and it leaves indents around my abdomen and there is still a small amount of bruising on my flanks. Am I gaining weight again and/or bloated? Should I still be wearing compression garments during strenuous workouts? I am extremely satisfied with my results 4 weeks p/o but feel that my results have been decreasing since - added puffiness. If I am still swollen, what can I do to decrease swelling? Thank you!
